Recipe by Penny Eccelston
1 Cup chopped nuts and seeds (3 nuts i seed)
1 Cup Dried fruit (2 Types – try currants or figs in the mix)
1 Heaped Tablespoon Cocao Powder
Add a few strawberries (or 1 Banana for moisture)
Blend for approximately a minute
Roll in Coconut
Refrigerate to firm particularly in summer months.
Ready to Eat!!
