Dry Skin Brushing

An invigorating exercise during Autumn to stimulate the skin and remove dry skin cell and promote circulation of the lymphatic system and improve the immunity.

Use a soft dry paddle brush and begin with arms raised and start brushing from the hands to the chest, working down along the back and front of the arms and brushing over the chest towards the heart.

Then begin from the feet and work up, towards the the abdomen along the back and front of the body around the abdomen to the heart.

This exercise only take 5 or 10 minutes each day before a shower and can make such a difference to the feel of your skin and improve circulation and energy levels.
